-Consultation of your horse's history and current behaviors and challenges
​-SMS measurements and templating of your horse's back as well as tree width, rib emergence, back length, and head shape
-Evaluation and palpation of muscles and structures 
-Assessment of your horse's posture and movement
-Evaluation of your saddle (up to 3 potential saddles) and accessories for safety and eligibility of use including a field sight test of your saddle's tree
-Static evaluation of your saddle for compatibility to your horse and determination of any adjustments that can or should be made through flocking, shims, or specialty pads, or girthing
-Any adjustments deemed possible are made (on site flocking, shims, pads, etc)
-Dynamic, ridden test of the adjusted saddle

-Functional conformation and posture assessment of your horse visually and via palpation.
-Dynamic assessment of your horse’s movement in hand, possibly on the longe, or ridden.
-Identify areas of opportunity for improvement for healthier posture and development of appropriate recruitment of stabilizer and global musculature.
-Demonstration of personalized exercises to achieve desired goal
-Referrals to professionals and experts for applicable complimentary modalities

*This service does not diagnose, treat, nor replace veterinary care. It is also not a riding lesson although some exercises do involve ridden application. We can provide referrals to instructors that specialize in biomechanics if that is what you are seeking. Horses need to be cleared by a veterinarian for exercise to receive consultation.

-Static evaluation of your saddle for compatibility to your horse and determination of any adjustments that can or should be made through shims, specialty pads, or girthing
-Any adjustments deemed possible are made (on site flocking, shims, pads, etc)

-Consultation of your horse’s history, your goals, and any current challenges -SMS measurements and templating of your horse’s back as well as any additional measurements necessary for your chosen discipline -Evaluation and palpation of muscles and structures -Assessment of your horse’s posture and movement -Initial selection of saddles using “Patience the Plastic Horse” to sit in a variety of compatible models to choose the -3 options you like best to test ride -Test ride in your top compatible choices for dynamic testing and allow your horse to voice their opinion on choices as well -Decide on the winning saddle, finalize any changes if necessary

$150 75-90 minutes

All bit fitting appointments include the following:
-Consultation of your horse's history and current behaviors or challenges
-Visual evaluation of your horse's musculature and skeletal structure of the head and neck
-Palpation of your horse's mouth and reactivity
-Trying on various pieces of our inventory to determine the ideal fit statically
-Dynamic test of various options ridden by client under observation

All bespoke bridle appointments include the following:
-Consultation of your horse's history and current behaviors or challenges, discussion of aesthetic desired for bespoke bridle design.
-Visual evaluation of your horse's musculature and skeletal structure of the head and neck
-Palpation of your horse's face and head
-Professional measurements taken of your horse’s head

Bespoke bridles are built in house by Tracie Taylor and are constructed using vegetable tanned leather. Snaffle bridles start at $800 and can vary in price depending on what leather options are chosen, padding, hardware, etc.
We currently do not offer “off the peg” bridles
