Our goal is to be part of the solution that ensures every horse and rider has access to a properly educated saddle fitter. One that puts the welfare of the horse and the safety of the rider first above all else. One that offers riders affordable solutions from multiple reputable brands, and an unbiased assessment of their current tack.
We believe success follows a repeatable pattern, and we offer two separate pathways for qualified applicants.

Pathway 1:

Self obtained education. Once the applicant meets the fitting and education standards of Your Expert Fitter, they may apply to obtain a resale account. This gives fitters access to many of the brands we offer without the exorbitant expenses of multiple ISO purchases, which can easily add up to tens of thousands for just one brand. We offer single item purchases with 50% deposits. FEIN and liability insurance required.

Pathway 2:

Apply to be a part of the Your Expert Fitter team as an independent contractor. This pathway is only considered in areas with an abundance of English discipline equestrians and a lack of independent saddle fitters to support them. YEF provides ample education, coaching and support, a CRM program for scheduling, and marketing templates, targeted google advertising, social media support, customized mobile POS system, vehicle signage, uniforms, and product discounts for personal use. Demo saddles are also made available for YEF staff fitters to best support the clients in their area. This a commission only arrangement and is a 1099 position.
